Please note that all returns requests must be within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, simply contact us at hello@dailycookie.ai with the subject line ‘Refund’. Please provide the email address that you signed up with, and we will refund your money within 7 working days.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
